Return Conditions

• You have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving it, no reason required.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by tags and original packaging.
• Products that have been used or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@lifestylefy.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return (optional).
2. Carefully package the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Send the product to the return address provided after your return request. The shipping costs will be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Refund

• After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send you a confirmation email.
• If the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 30 days through the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Cosmetic products or other items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
• Gift cards and personalized products cannot be returned.
